Check Out Our Quick Interview with Nick MacDaniels

Hey there – welcome to our first 411 Interview, where we get the scoop on Big Something’s new album, The Otherside, in a quick 4:11.   Today we share a insightful conversation with singer Nick MacDaniels.

Before we got started, I asked MacDaniels to describe the band’s refreshingly unique mix of sounds.  “We like to blend genres and we are all big fans of music in general. That ends up coming out in our sound which is very diversified. There are all kinds of genres involved; hip hop, rock, reggae, and R&B…”  It’s an eclectic and engaging mix.

The album features eight very distinctive songs, with some interesting back stories.  Listen in for the 411 on the growth of the band, the linkage to Tumbleweed, the most touching lyrics, and the track that’s the most fun to play…
