WJRR’s EDBD 25 Lineup Delivers Memorable Show

We’ve been raving about this year’s stacked Earthday Birthday show for several months here at RarasFarm, and this weekend we saw those expectations fully realized in a fantastic show at Central Florida Fairgrounds.  Shinedown, Three Days Grace and Bush delivered killer sets but the whole day was pretty damn good.

Dead and Company – Orlando Show Review

What a Long, Strange Trip it’s Been

Shortly after Grateful Dead’s legendary Fare Thee Well Tour wrapped up at Chicago’s Soldier Field, John Mayer reached out to Bob Weir and started a new friendship that ultimately led to the formation of Dead and Company.  The band has toured intermittently and finally scheduled Orlando on their 2017 Fall Tour with a stop at Amway Center.

Moody Blues Orlando Show Review – CFE Arena

On a chilly Philadelphia night on November 20, 1981 my life changed.  Along with a childhood friend, I made my first trek to the aging Spectrum where we caught The Moody Blues on their Long Distance Voyager Tour – my first rock ‘n roll concert. Struck by the magnificence of live rock ‘n roll, I’ve probably seen 1,000 bands since that fateful night, as the Moody Blues sparked a flame in me that still burns strong today.

Fit For A King – Backbooth Orlando 11/29/17

Solid State metalcore band Fit For A King took the stage at Backbooth last Wednesday for a sold out, and sweaty show.
Packed to the rafters, metal heads were out in full force to mosh and crowd surf their way through a passionate performance by the Tyler, Texas quartet.
