Summer Clothes, Marc Scibilia – Our Song of the Day
Marc Scibilia is on the verge of big things. The young singer has already been through a career’s worth of twists and turns including a move from Buffalo to Nashville, being dropped by a label, appearing in a Super Bowl ad and then regaining control of his career. His new single “Summer Clothes” is a sweetly addictive pop rock offering with poignant lyrics. The song features Scibilia’s tender lyrics served over a beautiful synth-driven backdrop.

Pretty Reckless Join Soundgarden Tour
If you read hear regularly, you are already well aware that Chris Cornell and Soundgarden will be visiting Florida at the end of April for a trio of festival dates. They play Tampa’s Rockfest, Jacksonville’s Welcome To Rockville and Fort Rock in Ft. Myers on consecutive days in late April with The Pretty Reckless and Dillinger Escape Plan. SOTD: Bokito – Better At Getting Worse
London five-piece Bokito have delivered one of the most interesting and compelling songs of the new year. Their music is almost impossible to pigeonhole, as you’ll hear on our Song of the Day, “Better At Getting Worse.” The band classifies themselves as Tropical-Indie. It’s not a perfect description, but we’ll go with that since nothing else really makes sense.
